Women's Kickboxing and Self-Defense
Self defense is one of the important skills for a woman to know. In the event that a woman is confronted by someone bigger and stronger than them, it is critical that they know how to properly defend themselves – especially if that someone is looking to physically harm them.
Once a week Sensei Navid teaches a high-energy Women Only kickboxing and self defense class and teaches his students practical self defense techniques. The women who attend his class regularly gain self-confidence, become physically fit, learn how to combat an aggressor, and develop a sense of street awareness.
At the end of each class, mindful meditation techniques are practiced. This is done to bring positive energy into the student's personal life!
We encourage women of all ages and skill levels to join.
Required Equipment
- 12-15 oz boxing or kickboxing gloves
