Women's Cardio Kickboxing
Once a week Sensei Navid teaches a high-energy Women Only cardio kickboxing and self defense class and teaches his students practical self defense techniques. The women who attend his class regularly gain self-confidence, become physically fit, learn how to combat an aggressor, and develop a sense of street awareness.
At the end of each class, mindful meditation techniques are practiced. This is done to bring positive energy into the student's personal life!
We encourage women of all ages and skill levels to join.
