Programs
At WTMA we are a family friendly martial arts school that has a program for everyone. We offer a variety of programs to our students. Whether you are a seasoned martial artist, interested in participating in sport kickboxing or mixed martial arts (MMA), or want to learn self-defence techniques, WTMA has a program for you. We welcome all skill levels and encourage our students to attend both the stand up and ground classes.
Besides enjoying the health benefits of karate such as increased coordination, balance, and flexibility, children also learn valuable life skills such as discipline, focus, self-defense, and self-control.

Our Adult Kickboxing program incorporates Muay Thai, Traditional Kickboxing, Western Boxing, and Karate.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) consists of both stand-up and grappling martial art styles. The four staple disciplines in MMA are Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and
Jiu-Jitsu. |
Self defense is one of the most important skills for a woman to know. Learn how to properly combat an aggressor and develop a sense of street awareness.
